Pebble
- Used in public buildings, villas, courtyard construction, pavement surfacing, park rockeries, bonsai soil, landscape design, and other architectural applications.
- Supplied as raw and auxiliary materials for ceramics, precision casting, papermaking, abrasive blasting, chemical processing, monocrystalline silicon production, defense related industries, and other industrial sectors.
Pebbles are evenly fed by a vibrating feeder into a jaw crusher for primary crushing. The crushed material is then transferred by a conveyor to a fine crusher for further size reduction.
The finely crushed material is conveyed to a vibrating screen for screening, where two size fractions are separated.
Material meeting the feed size requirements of the sand making machine is conveyed by belt conveyor to the sand making machine for sand production, while the remaining material is returned for further fine crushing.
Material meeting finished product size requirements is conveyed to a sand washing machine for cleaning. After washing, the material is discharged by the finished product conveyor as the final product, with different size fractions stored separately. Material that does not meet finished product size requirements is returned from the vibrating screen to the sand making machine for reprocessing, forming a closed circuit with multiple cycles
