Large perlite blocks are evenly fed from the hopper into a jaw crusher for primary crushing by a vibrating feeder.

After primary crushing, the material is screened by a vibrating screen and conveyed by belt conveyor to a cone crusher for secondary crushing.

If higher requirements are specified for the final perlite particle shape, a sand making machine can be added for fine crushing. The finely crushed perlite is screened by a vibrating screen. Material meeting particle size requirements is conveyed to the finished material stockpile, while oversized material is returned to the crusher for further crushing.

The finished perlite is fed into washing system for beneficiation. A wastewater recovery system and a dust purification system can also be configured as required.
