Coal Gangue
Coal gangue processing technology enables efficient resource utilization and material separation for construction material production and other industrial applications.
After crushing, coal gangue is used for power generation, primarily by co-firing washed middling coal and low-grade coal. The typical calorific value is approximately 3500 kcal per kilogram.
Jigs and shaking tables are applied in the coal preparation process to recover coal fractions and separate pyrite.
Through a simplified screening process, coal is separated by quality and pyrite is manually stored. The recovered coal is used as fuel for power boilers, coal preparation by products are used as construction materials, and pyrite is supplied as a chemical raw material.
Coal gangue is used in the production of construction materials, where it replaces clay as a raw material for brick manufacturing, reducing the demand for arable land excavation.
