ZTS Series Vibrating Screen
(Triple-Shaft Elliptical Motion)
This vibrating screen is a multi-deck, high-efficiency screen of a new design. It adopts a cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and allows flexible adjustment of vibration amplitude. The screen is specifically designed for aggregate production lines and can also be used for material sizing and classification in mining, coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, power generation, and chemical industries.

Excitatory force generated by the vibration motors drives the screen box to vibrate at high frequency along a specific trajectory. Materials move on the screen surface in tumbling or linear motion, and classification is achieved by utilizing differences in the screening passage probability of materials with different particle sizes. It belongs to the category of vibrating sizing and classification equipment.
