ZK/ZC Series Dewatering Screen
The dewatering screen is designed for dewatering, de-mediuming, and de-mudding of slurry materials. The screen box operates with an approximately linear motion trajectory.
The dewatering screen is available with two drive configurations: direct vibration motor drive for smaller units, and exciter drive powered by a standard electric motor through a coupling for larger units. Screen surfaces can be manufactured from stainless steel, nylon, or polyurethane, allowing selection based on actual operating conditions. Multiple installation options are supported, including seat-mounted, suspended, and combined suspended-seat configurations.
The dewatering screen is widely applied in tailings treatment, coal washing, water-washed quartz sand processing, slurry handling, and other processes requiring dewatering, de-mediuming, and de-mudding.
Based on dual-motor self-synchronization technology, the exciters drive the screen box to perform reciprocating linear motion, enabling efficient dewatering, de-mudding, and material classification.
