Bucket Wheel Classifier
This impeller sand washer is a washing and classification machine designed for processing sand, aggregates, and slag particles. It is widely used for material washing operations in sand and gravel plants, mines, building materials, transportation, chemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower projects, and ready-mix concrete plants.
The high-speed rotating bucket wheel drives sand and aggregates to tumble and rub intensively against each other inside the washing tank, while water flow flushing separates sand from mud, silt, and impurities. The cleaned sand is then lifted and discharged by the bucket wheel.
This “agitation+washing” principle delivers high efficiency, rapidly removes surface contaminants, and provides a certain shaping effect on the sand particles.
