400 TPH Aggregate Plant Project in Anhui
A PE1012 aggregate production line, designed to meet environmental standards, has been successfully installed in Anhui Province. Installation progressed smoothly, and the line has now entered stable operation.
This aggregate production line is designed with a capacity exceeding 400 tons per hour and covers the full process flow, including crushing, sand making, and sand washing stages.
This PE environmentally compliant aggregate plant is fully equipped with crushing and screening machines by Leimeng. It includes a PE jaw crusher, multiple HPY multi-cylinder symons cone crushers, several YKJ vibrating screens, an XSD wheel sand washer, multiple ZW vibrating feeders, and an LM sand making machine. Through crushing and processing, the line produces finished stone aggregates and manufactured sand for infrastructure and construction applications.
The production line mainly supplies crushed stone aggregates in three size ranges: 0 to 5 mm, 5 to 15 mm, and 15 to 28 mm, along with manufactured sand. It is capable of processing various stone types, delivering finished aggregates with well-shaped particles, consistent grading, and broad application potential.
The system is also equipped with wastewater treatment facilities. After treatment, all discharged water meets national environmental requirements and complies with comprehensive wastewater discharge standards. The closed-loop design enables zero wastewater discharge while allowing effective resource recovery, reducing material loss and overall resource consumption, and maximizing circular use throughout the production process.
