400 TPH Aggregate Plant Project in Hunan
Installation of an aggregate production project in Hunan Province is nearing completion, with trial operation and start-up scheduled to follow shortly. The production line is equipped with a comprehensive range of systems, including high-performance GC jaw crushers, HPY multi-cylinder symons cone crushers, LM impact crushers, YKJ vibrating screens, LSX screw sand washers, ZKX fine sand recycling machine, hydraulic plate-and-frame filter presses, as well as feeders and conveying systems in various specifications.
The aggregate plant project is supported by an integrated smart control system. It is designed to produce multiple aggregate sizes and high-quality manufactured sand, with a planned capacity of 400 tons per hour. The production and office areas are arranged in a modular layout, covering crushing, sand making, washing, wastewater treatment, and related processing stages to ensure coordinated and efficient operation across the entire line.
