3000 TPH Aggregate Plant Project in Chongqing
A large-scale aggregate production project designed and equipped by Leimeng in Chongqing is progressing smoothly. Installation and commissioning have been completed, and the system is now preparing to enter full operation. Designed for an output of approximately 3,000 tons per hour of sand and aggregate materials, the project reflects a high-capacity production setup.
To support efficient downstream logistics, a material conveying corridor of around 7.5 kilometers has been constructed, linking the production site directly to the terminal. High-quality aggregates produced by the plant will be transported along this corridor conveyer line, supporting construction projects across Chongqing and downstream regions.
The aggregate plant project is equipped with a wastewater treatment system capable of handling more than 2,000 tons of process water per hour. Treated water is fully recycled back into production, enabling closed-loop reuse and achieving zero wastewater discharge during operation.
