350 TPH Granite Crushing Project in Indonesia
A complete set of our crushing and screening equipment has recently been shipped to Indonesia. On-site installation is scheduled to begin shortly, as the project moves toward commissioning.
The granite-based crushing and sand production line is designed and executed as a complete system by Leimeng, with a planned capacity of 350 tons per hour. Indonesia is rich in mineral resources, while its tropical rainforest climate brings high temperatures and frequent rainfall throughout the year. Under these conditions, a well-considered and efficient processing solution is essential to balance economic performance with environmental responsibility.
Smart and eco-friendly design is a key feature of this granite crushing project plant. The equipment configuration includes a Leimeng PE jaw crusher, multiple LMC cone crushers, YKJ vibrating screens and feeders, as well as a spiral sand washer. Operation is supported by a PLC-based integrated control system, allowing precise monitoring and adjustment of equipment status. This helps maintain stable performance and consistent efficiency, while ensuring reliable aggregate shape as well as quality.
