1000 TPH Basalt Crushing Project in Hainan
Installation has commenced on a PE1300×1600 basalt crushing production line constructed as a complete system manufactured by Leimeng in Hainan. Once completed, the system will produce approximately 1,000 tons per hour of multi-grade high-quality aggregates, supporting local road, bridge, and building construction projects.
Designed for basalt processing, the equipment configuration includes a PE1300×1600 jaw crusher, multiple S240 cone crushers, a PYB2200 cone crusher, several PF1620 impact crushers, multiple 2YKJ2570 and 2YKJ3070A vibrating screens, as well as ZW1425 and ZW1760 feeders. This combination ensures stable operation, flexible grading, and reliable output under demanding material conditions.
