In high-performance concrete, sand accounts for approximately 30%-40% of the total aggregate content. In recent years, with increasingly stringent environmental regulations worldwide, the proportion of natural sand usage has continued to decline, creating an urgent market demand for large-scale production of manufactured sand.

The wet-process premium manufactured sand production line has been developed to meet this demand. A single production line with wet rod mill delivers high output, with finished sand featuring excellent gradation and particle shape. It effectively overcomes the drawbacks of dry sand making processes, such as strong dependence on weather conditions, low proportion of medium sand, poor gradation continuity, and unstable control of mud content, making it an ideal solution for large-scale manufactured sand production.
