The VSI vertical shaft impact crusher is a sand making machine designed to accommodate different materials, application requirements, and throughput demands by selecting either a dual-chamber or four-chamber rotor configuration based on actual operating needs.

The dual-chamber rotor design improves material flowability and acceleration, increasing throwing volume and velocity. Combined with alloy cutting tips, impact hammers, and anvils for repeated impact, it is particularly suitable for sand making from small-sized materials, achieving a higher sand production rate.

The four-chamber rotor features a well-optimized cavity design with multiple discharge ports to increase throughput. It is suitable for sand making and shaping of a wide range of materials. Compared with similar products, it delivers higher capacity, better shaping performance, higher sand yield, and lower wear part costs, making it ideal for applications with high requirements for particle shape, throughput, and sand production rate.
