The stone VSI crusher plant is a crawler mobile crushing system designed for sand manufacturing, tertiary crushing and aggregate shaping. The crushing plant is integrated with vertical shaft impactor, feeder, conveyor, screening and recirculation system, PLC system and continuous track.
The VSI crushing plant is ideal for quarries, aggregate manufacturing, mining operations, infrastructure construction and some demolition waste recycling applications.
We provide custom VSI crusher plants based on project conditions.
For example, the model LDVSI-S320R crusher plant is designed with high mobility and a capacity of 100-150t/h, making the custom crusher plant suitable for projects with low natural sand supply, small number of staff, tight schedules, limited time for foundation work and installation, or the need for frequent relocation.
- Featuring a high-performance vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher with optional dual-chamber or four-chamber rotors. This configuration makes it suitable for a variety of mineral crushing and shaping tasks.
- The equipment is configured with a dual-deck return screening system, where substandard aggregates are automatically returned to the crushing chamber for re-crushing, improving the shape of the finished product and increasing the sand production rate.
- The smart PLC control system enables remote monitoring and 100-meter remote wireless control operation.
- The equipment is fully pre-commissioned before shipment, allowing for quick operation once transported to the site.
- The hydraulic track drive allows for quick relocation and operation on-site.
